Knowing that terrorism was contrary to the principles of Islam, the author began to investigate the dubious relationships between Islamic fundamentalism and Western imperialism. This study led him to the current book, completing the timeline of the first, by exploring its subject into modern times, but also expanding upon it, by shedding light on new and more profound discoveries.

This article is an excerpt from the book “Terrorism And The Illuminati” written by David Livingstone. We have chosen few pages from this book and hope we would gradually post them on this site.

Islam does not pose a threat to the West. It is the contrary that is correct. Islamic terrorist organizations are hotbeds of impostors in service of the West. It is well known that there are various dubious relationships that exist between Islamic radicals and Western powers. The truth is far more sinister. Islamic terrorists are connected with Western power through an intricate network of secret societies. While outwardly claiming to adhere to disparate religions, the Islamic terrorists follow a heretical version of the faith, ultimately rooted, like their counterparts in the West, in the same occult doctrine, the worship of Lucifer, and the belief in the use of religion as a disguise to deceive the masses.

Collectively, this web is headed by a nefarious cabal commonly identified as the “Illuminati”. The Illuminati was the name of a secret society, founded by Adam Weishaupt, in Germany, in 1776, with the goal of seeking world domination through subversive means. It’s existence is one of the few instances in history in which historians are willing to recognize the existence of the diabolical conspiracy, because the evidence is undeniable. However, in 1784, the order was exposed, and forced to disband. Scholars, therefore, have used the fact of the suppression of the order as justification to suppose that no conspiracy continues to exist into our time. Nevertheless, Weishaupt himself boasted, “I have considered every thing, and so prepared it, that if the Order should this day go to ruin, I shall in a year re-establish it more brilliant that ever.” [1]

The “Illuminati”, really, is merely a convenient term to refer to those individuals and secret organizations who continue to pursue the same goals in our time. In actuality, the order’s existence began long before the eighteenth century. The truth is it began in Babylon, in the sixth century BC, with the advent of the Jewish heresy of the Kabbalah. According to their own accounts though, the Illuminati represent the descendants of the Fallen Angels who inhabited the lost continent of Atlantis. These Fallen Angels interbred with humans, producing a supposedly superior race called “Aryans”, to whom they  taught the Ancient Wisdom.

Therefore, the Illuminati regard themselves as inheritors of a centuries-long tradition of preserving their occult knowledge, against the “tyranny” and “despotism” of “organized religion”. Ultimately, they perceive it their duty to institute a world order, to impose their cult as a one-word-religion, and governed by one of their own. Thus, throughout the centuries, the Illuminati have been carefully intermarrying with one another, to preserve their “sacred” bloodline, to transmit their esoteric knowledge from generation to generation, and from which their messiah is to issue. For this reason, they also refer to themselves as “the Family”.

Today, fronted by the powerful banking dynasties of Europe, the Illuminati exercise supremacy over the world’s governments, as well as their economies, and even their cultures. Ultimately, the Illuminati are an international network, existing in a parallel world, straddled between fronts of legitimacy, and activities on the black market and in the underground.

Their method of conquest is to wholly demoralize the societies of the world, wrecking their very fabric, by promoting every vice, including sexual depravity, greed and war. By enslaving the nations of the world through colossal debt, they ensure subservience, and guarantee the slow transfer of their sovereignty to global government. By encouraging stock market speculation they siphon off the wealth of the ignorant masses. In the end, by creating a global economic cataclysm of untold magnitude, they intend to demonstrate to humanity their own ineptitude, and offer their reign as salvation, by implementing a global fascist state, to be governed by their expected messiah.

Deprived of any moral restraint, they fund their covert activities by dominating the world of illegal arms dealing, narcotics trafficking, and prostitution. Their activities are intertwined with those of the world’s leading intelligence services, including the CIA, Mossad, and Britain’s M16, as well as international crime syndicates, like the Mafia and the Asian Triads, and the Yakuza of Japan. [2] Adopting any disguise to suit their collective objectives, they work hand in hand with the Freemasons and numerous other secret societies, and are responsible for the emergence of numerous radical cults, from the Hare Krishna’s to the Moonies, of Christian and Muslim Fundamentalism, and most importantly, terrorism.

By wielding inordinate financial and political power, the plan of the Illuminati is to foment a global war, or World War III, from which will emerge, out of the ashes of the expired civilizations of our time, like a phoenix from the fire, a New World Order. The coming confrontation is being presented as a “Clash of Civilizations”, between the “Liberal Democratic West” and “Islamic fundamentalism”.

Despite all the fear mongering, however, the Muslims do not pose a threat. The Muslim world has been sufficiently weakened due to their own internal corruption, in addition to the subversive activities the Western powers that, by WWI, the Allied powers were able to brush aside the forces of the Ottoman Empire, which by that time had crumbled to near dust. Since, the Muslim world has been in disarray, incapable of uniting to even represent Islam, let alone defend its cause.

This fact was acknowledged by Zbigniew Brzezinski himself, the primary architect of the fabricated threat. As to whether or not such a phenomenon is a menace to the world today, he responded:

Nonsense! It is said that the West had a global policy in regard to Islam. That is stupid. There isn’t a global Islam. Look at Islam in a rational manner and without demagoguery or emotion. It is the leading religion of the world with 1.5 billion followers. But what is there in common among Saudi Arabian fundamentalism, moderate Morocco, Pakistan militarism, Egyptian pro-Western or Central Asian secularism? Nothing more than what unites the Christian countries. [3]

Therefore, so as to rile the masses of the Western world against Islam, it has been necessary to artificially foment militancy in the Muslim world, by creating terrorist groups, to create the illusion of Islam’s competition with the “democratic” West.

What is meant by democracy, however, is secularism. Originally, in the eighteenth century, the goal of the Illuminati had been to separate religion from the state, to replace it with a rule of their own. Through the widespread propaganda of the eighteenth century, they discredited Christianity as conflicting with the findings of science, and defined the Christian Church as an organization rife with corruption and greed. While it is certainly true that the Church was fraught with abuse, the citizens of the West were told to throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater, for it was not its moral teachings, or the common worshipper, that were inherently corrupt, but the upper echelons of its politically minded hierarchy.

Paradoxically, the secularism of the Illuminati is based not on atheism, but on ancient occult teachings. To the upper levels of the Illuminati, it was Lucifer who “liberated” man, showing him the truth that there is no truth. Rather, all morality is mere convention, invented by the dull masses. To them, there is only Will, and therefore, man triumphs by overcoming all apprehension, otherwise regarded as morality, that prevents him from achieving what he desires. Or, the “ends justify the means”. The program of the Illuminati, beginning in the eighteenth century, has been to disparage all religion as superstition, and the enemy of “Liberty”, that is, the freedom to do whatever they will.

To inculcate the veneration of such a principle in the minds of the gullible masses of the West, history has been rewritten to present modern secular states as the culmination of centuries of progress towards “Liberty”, which is upheld as the fundamental characteristic defining the Western superiority over the East, where “despotism” supposedly perpetually reigns. Throughout “Western” history, we are taught, from Greece, to the Roman Empire, the Renaissance, and finally the Enlightenment, European thinkers have been progressively distancing themselves from “superstition”, or religion. The culmination of this supposed progress were the French and American Revolutions, and their implementation of secular rule, seen as the triumph of “Liberty”.

In reality, these revolutions were coup d’etats effected through the machinations of the Illuminati. And, the first priority of the Illuminati, following the revolutions, as propounded by its prominent members, like the Marquis de Condorcet in France, Johann Fichte in Germany, and Thomas Jefferson in America, was the establishment of compulsory education. The first to articulate the need to interpret history as the progress of “Liberty” was Georg Hegel, German professor and member of the Illuminati. [4] Based on Kabbalah, Hegel proposed that history was the unfolding of an idea, as God coming to know himself. To Hegel, it is man who becomes God, as Western civilization overcomes superstition, by progressively advancing towards the implementation of “Liberty.”

However, it was not until World War I that Hegel’s mythology of Western civilization was fully established. America, to justify its entry into the War, presented itself and the Allied Powers as, not disparate nation-states, but members of a single “Western” civilization, and capitalized on the notion of “Liberty” and “Freedom”, to cloak its imperial strategies in high ideals. Known as General Education, or the Western Civ. Course, the Hegelian interpretation of history was then imposed on the American university system. The mission was accomplished through the influence of two Illuminati front organizations, boards of trustees acting as benefactors of the educational system, the General Board of Education (GEB) chartered by the John D. Rockefeller, and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching (CFAT).

As revealed by William H. McIlhany, in The Tax-Exempt Foundations, from minutes of their meetings, these foundations asked themselves the following: “is there any means known to man more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people?” They could not find one, and so helped to precipitate WWI. Following the Great War, however, recognizing the need to maintain the control of the “diplomatic machinery” of the United States they had achieved, the foundations determined that “they must control education”. Together, as William McIlhany described, the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations “decided the key to it is the teaching of American history and they must change that. So they then approached the most prominent of what we might call American historians at that time with the idea of getting them to alter the manner in which they presented the subject.” [5]

Through their influence, the entire American educational system was coordinated to serve a centralized command. Control of this system would be two-pronged, dividing study into pure and social sciences. The pure or applied sciences were to serve the emerging Military-Industrial-Complex, while the social sciences, like psychology, sociology, and anthropology, were designed to study the behaviour of human beings, towards achieving means of controlling or modifying that behaviour. Lastly, the remaining fields, like history of political science, were to inculcate a proper “interpretation” of history.

Because, according to the boards’ directives, “history, properly studied or taught, is constantly reminding the individual of the larger life of the community… This common life and the ideals which guide it have been built up through the sacrifice of individuals in the past, and it is only by such sacrifices in the present that this generation can do its part in the continuing life of the local community, the State, and the Nation.” In Universities and the Capitalist State, Clyde Barrow commented that:

The full-scale rewriting of history under state supervision not only facilitated a short-term justification of American participation in the war, but also helped to institutionalize a much broader and more permanent ideological conception of the United States in the social sciences and humanities. [6]

The first recommendations to educators, during WWI, were careful to warn them that using outright lies or false information was a “mistaken view of patriotic duty”, that was likely to be counterproductive in the long run. These recommendations went on to provide detailed suggestions on what to teach, and how to teach history “properly”. They urged teachers to stress the difference between Germany on the one hand, and France, Britain, and the United Sates on the other, as a conflict originating in the struggle between despotism and democracy. This was a continuation of the same revolutionary struggle for Liberty, which America had initiated in the American Revolution. If it had been America’s destiny to perfect democracy, it was now America’s responsibility to defend democracy wherever it was threatened and bring it to the rest of the world.

This myth of America’s role in the preservation of “democracy” and its struggle against “despotism”, is again being resorted to, towards the build up to World War III, or the so-called War on Terror. Ultimately, according to Francis Fukuyama, in deliberate reference to Hegel, we are at the “End of History”. That is, we have achieved the pinnacle of human intellectual progress. We cannot advance further, and Western style “liberal democracy” is the final product. However, one bastion of medievalism is preventing our final step forward: “militant” Islam. Therefore, according to Samuel Huntington, as first published in Foreign Affairs of the Council on Foreign Relations, a front group of the secretive and elusive Illuminati, the West is headed for an inevitable confrontation with Islam, or a Clash of Civilizations.

The Illuminati control our Presidential Elections. Usually the president, who gets the most sponsorship, in the form of money and media coverage, wins the election. The Illuminati control the media, so whoever the Illuminati choose as a presidential candidate will win the election. They will also sponsor the other candidate too, to have entertainment for the public. Sometimes this does not always go according to plan, for example, in the election between George W. The existence of these secret societies is public fact today, although many disagree on to what degree these groups have the power to affect the future of civilization.

Many believe that nearly all government officials are members of secret societies, and that most members of the government throughout history were as well. Because of this, it is believed that the American people no longer have much control over the government, as the secret societies in America and their plan tends to take the reins of government power.

The Illuminati are using the Truth Movement to achieve their one-world government. Their goal is to show the world that all governments are thoroughly corrupt. When the time is correct, THEY will offer their “solution” to replace all of the evil governments.

The strategy of fomenting disillusionment with democracy was also outlined by the Club of Rome. “Democracy will be made to seem responsible for the lagging economy, the scarcity and uncertainties.’ This will bring the very concept of democracy into question.”

The Truth Movement also creates widespread despair and a sense of hopelessness. We tend to magnify their power and underestimate out own.

The Truth Movement must ALWAYS be wary and ask the two fundamental questions:

1) Where do they want to lead us on any given front?

2) How are they cleverly accomplishing this?  (Or closer to home: how are they using you to accomplish this?)

The more time people invest in studying about all of the evil, the less informed they seem to be about solutions which means the less we know about God.

Satan has everyone tricked into spending all their time studying him and his work, instead of studying about the One True God.

Most people have been groomed to stay and continue exposing the evil agenda without offering a working solution. This “infomania” that people have developed keeps them seeking a never-ending supply of “information”, which effectively distracts them from finding real solutions to the problems.

SOLUTIONS

Find hope “beyond” information.  Information is a stepping-stone with some benefits and usefulness, but it will never set you free.

Tangible solutions for the truth movement –

#1. Recognize your vulnerability to mind-control techniques designed specifically for you.  Every person on planet Earth is subjected to an onslaught of satanic mind-control programming.  Understand that we are actually mind-controlled to further mind-control one another.  “Let’s go get a drink…” is just one simple example of that, though there are millions.

#2. Turn off your t.v.’s immediately and disconnect the cable service/connection.  This is obvious.

#3. Stop “enjoying” life (like the t.v. people), and replace that with genuine usefulness.  Worry when you are enjoying your-“Self” as just another consumer.

#4 Opt out of the System, instead of being beast-feeding busy.  Cancel credit cards/loans and stop paying taxes.  If done in mass, this would begin strangling the System.  Learning to Be calm, at peace, and passive is a prerequisite to effectiveness and harmful to the Beast.

#5 Watch the film “Revolver” (the rooftop scene – part 2 of 4  linked here) over and over till you’re certain you get this.

#6 Believe there will be no more chances after this one because God said so. This is final.

Live each moment knowing this, and act accordingly. The Fire is real and Satan is leading to it.

About the Book

Contrary to myth being fabricated, Islam does not pose a threat to the West. Rather, Islamic “terrorist” organizations have been created to serve Western imperialistic objectives. These groups are intertwined with Western power through a network of occult secret societies. This relationship dates back to sixth century BC, and the birth of the Kabbalah, in Babylon; a plot to seek world domination through the use of magic and deception.

Herod the Great incepted a series of cooperative dynastic relationships. Their first conspiracy: to corrupt the emerging Christian movement, imposed upon the Roman Empire  as Catholicism, with which they would struggle ever since for supremacy over Western civilization.

During the Crusades, these dynastic families associated with their counterparts in the East, members of the heretical Ismaili Muslims of Egypt, known as the Assassins. Templars were believed to have “rescued” a number of these “Eastern Mystics”, and brought them to Scotland, being the basis Scottish Rite Freemasonry.  The legend also led to the formation of the “Asiatic Brethren”, founded by followers of the infamous Jewish false-messiah, Shebbetae Zevi.  The Asiatic Brethren then became the successors of the Illuminati, and became involved in the development of Egyptian Rite Freemasonry.

With Napoleon’s conquest of Egypt, Freemasons in his army reconnected with their brethren in Egypt, sparking a relationship that was pivotal to the development of the Occult Revival of the late nineteenth century.

These associations were part of a grand strategy, as outlined by Albert Pike, who originally devised a plot for three world wars, culminating in a third against the Muslim world. However, because the Islamic world had been successfully dismantled, both through the instigations of the West, and by way of their own corruption, they were incapable of mobilizing any kind of threat.  It therefore had to be contrived.

This was the agenda of the Oxford Movement, to spread Scottish Rite Freemasonry in the Middle East, headed by Lord Palmerston, Benjamin Disraeli and Edward Bullwer-Lytton, a leading occult figure, as head of the SRIA, or English Rosicrucians, which evolved directly from the Asiatic Brethren.

The agent of this strategy was a notorious impostor by the name of Jamal ud Din al Afghani, who became the founder of what is called the Salafi “reform” movement of Islam. According to K. Paul Johnson, it was Afghani, as head of the occult Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor, or HB of L, who was responsible for teaching Helena Blavatsky her central doctrines. Helena P. Blavatsky, the famous medium and mystic, was the godmother of the New Age movement, whose books are considered the “bibles” of Freemasonry. Numerous other leading occultists affiliated with the English Rosicrucians and Egyptian Rite Freemasonry travelled to Egypt at the time, and on their return, established branches of the HB of L, out of which emerged the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO), the most notorious member of which was Aleister Crowley.

The Nazis were the result of a merging of the O.T.O of Crowley and the Thule Gesselschaft of Germany. It is presumably for this reason that Hitler, when he wished to create an arm of German Intelligence in Egypt, contacted a leading Salafi and Freemason, named Hasan al Banna. With the demise of the Nazis following WWII, control of the organization was transferred to the CIA.  It was its eventual head, Allen Dulles who spearheaded the move to hire ex-Nazis to train the terrorists.

In 1954, after it was discovered that the Muslim Brotherhood was responsible for an attack on his life, President Gamal Nasser of Egypt ordered a crackdown. Fleeing members of the Muslim Brotherhood were then shuttled to the CIA’s ally, Saudi Arabia.

The Salafi movement has since come to be spearheaded by Saudi Arabia, and identified as one and the same as the heresy of Wahhabism.  Wahhabism was created by the British, in the eighteenth century to undermine the Ottoman Empire, and to achieve Western control of the world’s primary oil resource.  Today, the promotion of Wahhabism is part of a larger Western agenda, involving the CIA, to denigrate Islam. According to William Engdahl, it was Henry Kissinger who orchestrated the Oil Crisis of 1973.  The subsequent wealth achieved by Saudi Arabia then served as a hidden slush fund for CIA covert operations.

When John Loftus, a Justice Department official in the eighties, was permitted to peruse classified government documents, he discovered that the British Secret Service convinced American intelligence that the Arab Nazis of the Muslim Brotherhood would be indispensable as “freedom fighters” in preparation for the next major war, which was anticipated against the Soviet Union.

And so, when the Americans wished to lure the Soviets into their own version of Vietnam, they did so by funding factions of the Muslim Brotherhood in Afghanistan.  Financed and coordinated through the assistance of the Pakistani secret service, the ISI, it became the largest CIA covert operation in history.

It was all part of the larger the Iran-Contra Operation.  Through the devious activities of the Aspen Institute and the Club of Rome, in collaboration with the Muslim Brotherhood, British agent the Ayatollah Khomeini was installed in Iran.  The Americans then began illegally trading arms with the country, proceeds of which were used to fund the right-wing Contra thugs of Nicargua, in return for cocaine which sparked America’s crack epidemic.  These funds, in addition to growing heroin trade in Afghanistan, were used to fund the US’s covert war in Afghanistan.

Through this strategy, not only did the Americans succeed in bankrupting the Soviet Union, but they also managed to create a budding network of Islamic terrorists, brainwashed in the radical ideologies of Wahhabism and Salafism, who dispersed across the world, and who were then blamed as responsible for the great false flag operation known as 9/11, which allowed its hidden planners to embark on their War on Terror, Samuel Huntington’s “Clash of Civilizations”, or the beginnings of Pike’s WWIII.

My Summary: The following is an amazingly insolent master race attitude of the first Illuminati state of the World (the USA 1776) toward the world´s 2. Illuminati state (France 1789). It is the way the Roman imperialists treated their defeated provinces: They want to abolish French culture, raising themselves to judges of what is “the right direction” for a foreign country, deciding France´s Islamic future without asking the native French who are being more and more tormented by Muslim immigration, about it. Mr. Rivkin refers to the slogan of the Illuminist French Revolution: Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. “We will support, train, and engage media and political activists in the right direction”, he writes, thus undermining the sovereignty of France. The US Embassy has even founded a website called Oumma.fr – the exclusive worldwide Muslim  society –the opposite of integration.  And if France does not act according to Illuminati Rivkin´s ideology he maintains that the influence and prestige of France will decrease abroad – while the truth is that Europeans will admire France all the more. However they do not count in Mr. Rivkins sick imagination. In addition, we will track  intangible measures of success — a growing sense of  belonging, for example, among young French minorities, and a  burgeoning hope that they, too, can represent their country  at home, and abroad, even one day at the pinnacle of French  public life, as president of the Republic.” This means a desire to deal the deathblow to Western world sovereignty, culture and Christianity. This US undermining takes place in coolaboration with the  French Ministry of the Interior. In other countries a similar US (“The New World”) Illuminati undermining is no doubt taking place – e.g. in Muslim countries, aiming at emigration to the West and revolutions, as was the case with the Iranian revolution in 1979 – and now in EU´s Arab Euromediterranean “partner” countries. (C/NF) SUMMARY: In keeping with France’s unique history  and circumstances, Embassy Paris has created a Minority  Engagement Strategy that encompasses, among other groups, the  French Muslim population and responds to the goals outlined in reftel A. Our aim is to engage the French population at  all levels in order to amplify France’s efforts to realize  its own egalitarian ideals, thereby advancing U.S. national  interests. While France is justifiably proud of its leading  role in conceiving democratic ideals and championing human  rights and the rule of law, French institutions have not  proven themselves flexible enough to adjust to an  increasingly heterodox demography. We believe that if  France, over the long run, does not successfully increase   opportunity and provide genuine political representation for  its minority populations, France could become a weaker, more  divided country, perhaps more crisis-prone and  inward-looking, and consequently a less capable ally. BACKGROUND: THE CRISIS OF REPRESENTATION IN FRANCE

¶2. (C/NF) France has long championed human rights and the  rule of law, both at home and abroad, and justifiably  perceives itself as a historic leader among democratic  nations. This history and self-perception will serve us well  as we implement the strategy outlined here, in which we press  France toward a fuller application of the democratic values it espouses. This strategy is necessary because French  institutions have not proven themselves flexible enough to  adjust to the country’s increasingly heterodox demography. Very few minorities hold leadership positions in France’s  public institutions. As President Sarkozy’s own Diversity  Czar Yazid Sabeg told Ambassador Rivkin in December, the  National Assembly “serves as a mirror of the crisis of
representation in France” (reftel B). The National Assembly,  among its 577 deputies, has a single black member from  metropolitan France (excluding its island territories), but  does not have any elected representatives of Muslim or Arab extraction, though this minority group alone represents  approximately 10 percent of the population. The Senate has  two Muslim Senators (out of 343), but no black  representatives and only a few Senators hail from other  ethnic or religious minorities. Sabeg also noted that none  of France’s approximately 180 Ambassadors is black, and only  one is of North African descent. Despite Sarkozy’s  appointment of leaders such as Rachida Dati, Fidela Amara and  Rama Yade, minorities continue to confront a very thick glass  ceiling in France’s public institutions. The French media  remains overwhelmingly white, with only modest increases in  minority representation on camera for major news broadcasts.  Among French elite educational institutions, we are only  aware that Sciences Po has taken serious steps to integrate.  While slightly better represented in private organizations,  minorities in France lead very few corporations and  foundations. Thus the reality of French public life defies  the nation’s egalitarian ideals. In-group, elitist politics  still characterize French public institutions, while extreme  right, xenophobic policies hold appeal for a small (but  occasionally influential) minority. Post will continue to  explore other underlying causes of the social, political and  economic barriers impeding the advancement of minorities in  France (see Tactic 6, below).

¶3. (C/NF) France suffers consequences when its leading  institutions fail to reflect the composition of its  population. We believe France has not benefited fully from  the energy, drive, and ideas of its minorities. Despite some  French claims to serve as a model of assimilation and  meritocracy, undeniable inequities tarnish France’s global  image and diminish its influence abroad. In our view, a  sustained failure to increase opportunity and provide genuine  political representation for its minority populations could  render France a weaker, more divided country. The  geopolitical consequences of France’s weakness and division  will adversely affect U.S. interests, as we need strong  partners in the heart of Europe to help us promote democratic

Moreover, social exclusion has domestic consequences  for France, including the alienation of some segments of the  population, which can in turn adversely affect our own  efforts to fight global networks of violent extremists. A  thriving, inclusive French polity will help advance our  interests in expanding democracy and increasing stability  worldwide.

A STRATEGY FOR FRANCE: OUR AIMS

(C/NF) The overarching goal of our minority outreach  strategy is to engage the French population at all levels in  order to help France to realize its own egalitarian ideals.  Our strategy has three broad target audiences in mind: (1)  the majority, especially the elites; (2) minorities, with a  focus on their leaders; (3) and the general population.  Employing the seven tactics described below, we aim (1) to  increase awareness among France’s elites of the benefits of  expanding opportunity and the costs of maintaining the status  quo; (2) to improve the skills and grow the confidence of  minority leaders who seek to increase their influence; (3)  and to communicate to the general population in France that we particularly admire the diversity and dynamism of its  population, while emphasizing the advantages of profiting  from those qualities by expanding opportunities for all.

TACTIC 1: ENGAGE IN POSITIVE DISCOURSE

¶5. (C/NF) First, we will focus our discourse on the issue of  equal opportunity. When we give public addresses about the  community of democracies, we will emphasize, among the  qualities of democracy, the right to be different, protection  of minority rights, the value of equal opportunity, and the  importance of genuine political representation. In private  meetings, we will deliberately direct questions about equal  opportunity in France to high-level, non-minority French  leaders. Rather than retreating from discussions involving  two sacred cows in France — the concepts of “secularism” and  “communitarianism” — we will engage French leaders directly  about the role that their terminology and intellectual  frameworks could play in creating (or diminishing) equality of opportunity in France. We will endeavor to convey the  costs to France of the under-representation of minorities,  highlighting the benefits we have accumulated, over time, by  working hard to chip away at the various impediments faced by American minorities. We will, of course, continue to adopt a  humble attitude regarding our own situation in the U.S., but  nevertheless will stress the innumerable benefits accruing  from a proactive approach to broad social inclusion,  complementing our French partners on any positive steps they  take. In addition, we will continue and intensify our work  with French museums and educators to reform the history  curriculum taught in French schools, so that it takes into  account the role and perspectives of minorities in French history.

TACTIC 2: SET A STRONG EXAMPLE

¶6. (C/NF) Second, we will employ the tool of example. We will continue and expand our efforts to bring minority  leaders from the U.S. to France, working with these American  leaders to convey an honest sense of their experience to  French minority and non-minority leaders alike. When we send  French leaders to America, we will include, as often as  possible, a component of their trip that focuses on equal  opportunity. In the Embassy, we will continue to invite a  broad spectrum of French society to our events, and avoid, as  appropriate, hosting white-only events, or minority-only  events. We will be inclusive, working in this way to break  down barriers, facilitate communication, and expand networks.  By bringing together groups who would not otherwise interact  together, the Embassy will continue to use its cachet to  create networking opportunities that cut through traditional cultural and social barriers in France.

TACTIC 3: LAUNCH AGGRESSIVE YOUTH OUTREACH

¶7. (C/NF) Third, we will continue and expand our youth  outreach efforts in order to communicate about our shared  values with young French audiences of all socio-cultural  backgrounds. Leading the charge on this effort, the  Ambassador’s inter-agency Youth Outreach Initiative aims to  engender a positive dynamic among French youth that leads to  greater support for U.S. objectives and values. Some

elements of our Youth Outreach Initiative have particular  importance for minorities, including:  — Drawing heavily on new media, we aim first to build trust  and gain understanding among French youth from diverse backgrounds.  — While reinforcing mutual trust and understanding, we seek  to help France’s next generation improve their capacity to  lead in their communities, while also conveying the  importance of transcending the bounds of their own  communities in order to make a broader, national impact.
– To achieve these aims, we will build on the expansive  Public Diplomacy programs already in place at post, and  develop creative, additional means to influence the youth of  France, employing new media, corporate partnerships,  nationwide competitions, targeted outreach events, especially invited U.S. guests.

As we continue  to meet with moderate leaders of minority groups, we will  also expand our efforts to facilitate grass roots inter-faith exchanges. We will share in France, with faith communities  and with the Ministry of the Interior, the most effective  techniques for teaching tolerance currently employed in  American mosques, synagogues, churches, and other religious  institutions. We will engage directly with the Ministry of  Interior to compare U.S. and French approaches to supporting  minority leaders who seek moderation and mutual  understanding, while also comparing our responses to those
who seek to sow hatred and discord.

(C/NF) Fifth, we will continue our project of sharing  best practices with young leaders in all fields, including  young political leaders of all moderate parties so that they  have the toolkits and mentoring to move ahead. We will create or support training and exchange programs that teach  the enduring value of broad inclusion to schools, civil  society groups, bloggers, political advisors, and local  politicians. Through outreach programs, Embassy officers from all sections will interact and communicate to these same groups our best practices in creating equal opportunities for  all Americans. We will also provide tools for teaching  tolerance to the network of over 1,000 American university students who teach English in French schools every year.

As our awareness expands and deepens, we  will adjust, accordingly, the minority outreach strategy  described here.

This group, working in tandem with  the Youth Outreach Initiative, will identify and target influential leaders and groups among our primary audiences.  It will also evaluate our impact over the course of the year,  by examining both tangible and intangible indicators of  success. Tangible changes include a measurable increase in the number of minorities leading and participating in public  and private organizations, including elite educational  institutions; growth in the number of constructive efforts by  minority leaders to organize political support both within  and beyond their own minority communities; new, proactive  policies to enhance social inclusion adopted by non-minority  political leaders; expansion of inter-communal and  inter-faith exchanges at the local level; decrease in popular support for xenophobic political parties and platforms.

The past few days have seen a burst of contrived media celebration of Ronald Reagan. The excuse has been the 100th anniversary of his birth.

The real reason is that Reagan — the Reagan myth — is still useful to the Illuminati in duping and misdirecting people who hold traditional values.

In truth, Reagan was an enemy of these values. He was a highly paid puppet of the Illuminati who let himself be used by those who want to destroy everything he pretended to stand for.

I have to admit he had me fooled too. Back in 1980, people wanted to be rid of the feckless Jimmy Carter. Reagan seemed strong and sincere, upbeat and conservative. To me, he seemed like a man you could trust.

A big mistake. Unfortunately, he’s still got most people fooled. So let’s review the career of Ronald Reagan, and see who the real man was.

THE REAL REAGAN

First, Reagan was a left-wing Democrat who admired Franklin Roosevelt, the president who revolutionized America by turning the Republic into an Empire. (See Burden of Empire by Garet Garrett.) Even to the end of his career, Reagan was praising Roosevelt.

Later, about the time he divorced his first wife (Jane Wyman) and met Nancy Davis (the daughter of one of Eleanor Roosevelt’s intimates), he underwent a “conversion” to “anti-communism.”  This was the foundation of his reputation as a conservative.

No surprise here, though. In the late 1940s, lots of left-wing liberals were turning against the Communists — many to save their own skins from the revelations of treason that were coming out.

Even when this was not the motive, their “anti-Communism” often meant no more than anti-Stalinism. Trotskyites — who thought of themselves as true Communists — hated Stalin’s guts and hated the Soviet Union. Later, many of them became the so-called “neo-conservatives” who took over Buckley’s National Review, and then, with the election of Reagan, the Republican Party.

But what about Reagan’s opposition to the “evil empire”? What about his big defense build-up that forced the Soviet Union into insolvency? What about his partnership with John-Paul II to free Poland and Eastern Europe?

All this was just part of the Illuminati plan to take the dialectic (capitalist West vs. communist East) to the next level. Gorbachev and Reagan were the appointed leaders to bring about the end of the bipolar world, so that the age of globalization could emerge.

In fact, at their summit at Reykjavik in 1986, Reagan proposed to Gorbachev that America be radically disarmed. Even liberals were stunned by the scope of Reagan’s offer.

But behind the scenes, the American military rebelled, and the accounts of the summit were sanitized and forgotten. The following year Reagan gave his “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall” performance and when the wall did come down, Reagan became “the man who defeated Communism.”

ILLUMINATI GO’FER

Reagan’s “patriotism” suffered other lapses as well. In 1986 he signed off on amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. You would think as a man of common sense and alleged economic literacy, Reagan would have known that when you reward something, you get more of it. Was the Gipper out to lunch?

And then there was “Iran-Contra.” Reagan was fearlessly fighting the Commies in Central America, but didn’t know that Ollie North was selling arms to Iran to finance this holy war. Out to lunch again?

It was at this point that I ceased to be a “conservative.” All the conservatives I knew seemed to be gaga over North.  Where I come from, his actions are known as treason.

(An aside: Fawn Hall,left, North’s personal secretary — a sensitive position that is carefully vetted — was the daughter of Henry Kissinger’s personal secretary. And Reagan had put Kissinger in charge of Central American policy.)

CHAMPION OF SMALL GOVERNMENT

But what about other Reagan policies? Didn’t he reduce taxes? Didn’ t he reduce the size of government to “get it off our backs,” as he pledged?

Reagan’s career was the triumph of rhetoric over reality. When he ran for President, he promised to put an end to the Departments of Education and Energy. Instead, he strengthened and entrenched them. (He also added a new bureaucracy, the Department of Veterans Affairs.)

As for taxes, he cut them in 1981 — one of his signature accomplishments. But the same year he increased Social Security taxes (excuse me, I mean “insurance premiums”), and in the following years he found other ways to raise taxes without seeming to do so. At the end of his two terms most Americans were paying more in taxes than ever.

After eight years of Reagan the government was larger than ever. The budget was more than 50 percent higher than it was under Carter. And the budget deficit had tripled.

This was due above all to the huge increase in military spending. The military-industrial complex (that Eisenhower had warned against) thrived as it hadn’t since the days of World War II.

CHAMPION OF CHRISTIAN VALUES

Wasn’t Reagan pro-life? A Christian? A family man?  Once again, when it came to things like abortion, Reagan talked a great game. But his Supreme Court Justices gave us Roe v. Wade).

His first appointment was an unqualified woman (O’Connor) with little judicial experience and no discernible judicial philosophy. She was selected for the same reason that Sotomayor and Kagan were: she was a female. And she was no conservative.

In all, Reagan appointed three justices. Later, two of them (predictably including O’Connor) voted to uphold Roe v. Wade in Casey v. Planned Parenthood. (Casey was a critical case: a change in just one of those two votes would have undermined Roe.)

And then there was the Bork nomination. Robert Bork was the most qualified nominee in a generation. But when Teddy Kennedy launched his breathtakingly vitriolic attack on Bork, what did Reagan do?

Nothing. He remained silent. The man who extolled the presidency as a great “bully pulpit” — who might have saved his own nominee if he had just fought for him — instead let him hang out to dry.

So there we have Reagan — the man who as Governor of California signed the first no-fault divorce bill into law; the man whose official schedule was set by his wife according to astrological conjunctions; the man whose whole political career was subsidized by global corporations (GE, Bechtel, etc.) — the man who spent his whole life play-acting a script written by others.

Was he evil? Did he know what he was doing? Or was he truly out to lunch? The latter might explain Reagan’s uncanny ability to seem anti-government even as he enlarged the government’s role.

CONCLUSION

What was Reagan’s overriding role? And why does it matter now?  Picture two men, one at each end of a cross-cut saw. They’re cutting down a tree.

To the casual observer it looks at first as if the two are working against each other: as one moves forward, the other goes back, and vice versa. But of course they’re working together to achieve a common goal.

In the same way, “liberals” and “conservatives,” Republicans and Democrats, seem to be working against each other. But they’re really working together.

One part will move the country to the left, when the times permit (e.g., because of depression or war). Then, when people become alarmed and resist the move, the other (“opposition”) party will come in.

But instead of restoring the balance, they will merely stop (or slow) the leftward movement. They will consolidate it, until it’s time for the next move left.

In this way the center of gravity moves ever leftward. And what was unthinkable a generation ago becomes mainstream today.

To enact this little dialectic you need some good (or passable) actors, such as Ronald Reagan. That way you control the opposition. You get people who have traditional values to vote for their own destruction.
